My name is Juliet Seade. I hold my Bachelors & Masters in Social Work with over 15 years experience.
Throughout my career I have worked in Community Settings, Hospital Programs, Child & Family Services, The Canadian Armed Forces, & Post Secondary.
I have training in various intervention strategies which I use in my eclectic style of supporting the individuals. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behanvioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focused Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (FACT), as well as Nutrition for Mental Health.
